  • Westover Hill Baptist MOB- Foreman of a new construction 4 story medical office tenant core , shell, and imaging suite. The building is a 85,679 sq ft. and includes a cps feed of 2500 amps, switchboards, associated distribution panels, panels and transformers, lightning protection, fire alarm, security, lighting and lighting controls.
  • Southwest Research Building 168 Addition- Foreman of a new construction 3 story addition that includes offices and a shipping and receiving area. This building is a 23,721sq ft addition. This included tieing a 600A feeder to the existing building main switchboard, installing a 4160v PMH Switch and 1500KVA transformer, refeeding an existing 1500kva, 1000kva transformer, and 1600A switch,as well as switchboards, panels, transformer, lightning protection, fire alarm, security, lighting and lighting controls.
  • Microsoft SN1/2- Foreman of a crew who's task was to remove and replace switchgear in multiple ups rooms
  • Microsoft Sat 12- Foreman who oversaw the new construction of the admin area of a 223,500sq ft data center. This included distribution switchboards, back up generator, panels, transformers, fire alarm, security, lighting and lighting controls.
  • Compass Rose Academy Charter School- Foreman of a 70,000sq ft remodel that included demo, new panels, transformers, fire alarm, security, lighting and lighting controls. Alterman was awarded Turners award of excellence for this project.
  • Ridgewood- Foreman who oversaw the one line of a 100,074sq ft medical office building
  • USAA Riverwalk Floors 3,4, & 16- Foreman of a remodeled high rise office building. This included demo, new panels, transformers, fire alarm, security , lighting and lighting controls.
  • Alamo DSO- Foreman of lighting and lighting controls on a 266,018 sq ft 3 story building
  • TAMUSA Science and Technology- Foreman of 1 of 3 floors who oversaw the install of switchboards, panels, transformers, security, and lighting
