

Through various promotions during my career, I have had the opportunity to work in multiple diverse industries at many levels – gaining experience from the floor to Director level positions. My current role is Manufacturing Director in the rubber industry. I have excelled in union, non-union and team concept environments. My diverse background has prepared me well to lead manufacturing operations, institute effective sustainable change, and develop and execute strategic plans to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
I have extensive training and experience in: Operational Excellence, Plant Optimization, TPM, DMAIC, A3 problem solving, CD problem solving, Six Sigma, and other Lean systems. Utilizing the learnings from my experience, has enabled me to build safety, maintenance, engineering, production, and quality programs from inception as well as create, modify, and deliver step change improvement within established programs. A people- and detail-oriented professional, my exceptional oral and written communication skills have ensured effective communication across all social, cultural, and economical levels.
My aggressive love of challenge and accomplishment has caused me to recognize and formulate solutions to potential problems before they reach a crisis stage. I possess the inherent ability to easily acquire knowledge in new and unusual environments. My dedication and self-motivation have always resulted in the establishment of strong working relationships and ensured the highest possible quality of services. I have established a proven track record as a problem solver, change agent, and as a coach/mentor/leader, creating problem-solving teams.
