The chief operating officer position requires that I provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

The Ingredient Definitions Committee (IDC) serves as a clearing house for the development of feed ingredient definitions and provides and maintains a mechanism for the organization and distribution of information about ingredients and their use.

As Vice President of the Hamilton County Farm Bureau, I provide strategic leadership and advocacy for Hamilton County’s agricultural industry. My role focuses on grassroots policy development, committee oversight, and membership growth. I work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure our local farm families have a strong voice at the local and state levels while fostering a thriving rural economy.

Treasurer (Board Officer), Hemp Education and Marketing Initiatives (HEMI)

Provide financial stewardship for HEMI, a nonprofit advancing the U.S. industrial hemp industry through education, marketing, and partnerships. Lead budgeting, cash-flow planning, and board reporting; strengthen financial controls and transparency; and help ensure resources are aligned with mission impact.

I Serve as an advisory member supporting the Canadian Hemp Trade Alliance’s work to advance industrial hemp as an approved animal feed ingredient in Canada. Contribute industry insight to feed standards and regulatory engagement, helping align evidence, stakeholders, and practical implementation needs.

As the CEO, I have overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of our organization. This includes responsibility for all components and departments of the business.

Global Fiber, a pioneer in the realm of decortication (the processing of stalks) and one of the initial facilities of its kind to operate in the US post-World War II, is sowing the seeds of innovation, cultivating new markets, and reaping sustainable prospects for American hemp cultivators and producers.

I manage the day to day operations of Bish Enterprises Inc and its subsidiaries.

I direct team members on all issues regarding Projects, IT, HR, Safety, Logistics, & Purchasing. Miscellaneous company issues are also managed at the discretion of this position.
