Served as the Project Coordinator for the following projects:

• St. Louis Regional CCTA (Complex Coordinated Terrorist Attack) IRR (Investigation, Reunification, and Recovery) and ILO (Intelligence Liaison Officer) Project.
• BAPS Hindu Temple Emergency Management and Active Threat Planning Project in Robbinsville, NJ.

Served as the Lead Planner and Facilitator for the Salt Lake County CEMP (Comprehensive Emergency Management Planning) Project Validation Exercise.

Served as the Lead Planner for the SIU (Southern Illinois University) Carbondale Active Threat TTX (Tabletop Exercise).

New York City COVID-19 AAR (After-Action Report)

Serves on the on-call Emergency Response Team for New York City, NY; Lee County, FL; and other jurisdictions across the US for large scale disaster response.

• Evaluated situation at emergency sites to determine and execute most effective methods for saving life and property.
• Assisted in the oversight of equipment and vehicle upkeep to maintain emergency readiness.
• Initiated first aid measures to alleviate further injury and prepared victims for transport to medical facilities.

• Applied for, wrote, and managed several State/Federal grant projects totaling in excess of $1.8 million dollars.
• Completely rewrote and reformatted the County Emergency Operations Plan with collaborative, Whole Community partners.
• Developed several hazard-specific emergency plans in a collaborative effort and exercised them.
• Planned, wrote, and coordinated several Tabletop Exercises and Full-Scale exercises with participation from the Whole Community.
• Severed in either an Incident Command or Unified Command role for all weather-related events that occurred within the County.
• Led new Emergency Management initiatives across the Region.
• Excelled in handling the local response effort to the first Avian Influenza outbreak in the State of Missouri in March of 2022.
• Performed Emergency Management functions across the County and served as a liaison between the emergency response agencies and the County Government.

• Identified numerous and gaps in planning efforts and response capabilities, and remedied the issues.
• Incorporated new ideas and technologies with great success
• Developed several emergency plans and exercised the plans.
• Activated and operated the County Emergency Operations Center in response to COVID-19 with collaborative stakeholder.
• Completed a thorough contact information sheet of all relevant stakeholders in the County, including the development of an ESF(Emergency Support Function) diagram.
• Planned, proposed, acquired, and distributed personal protective equipment worth an equivalent of close to $1 million .

• Took initiative to log inventory of all items, and identified numerous items that were insufficient and inadequate.
• Completed the planning and writing of the County Emergency Operations Plan and distributed the document to all pertinent stakeholders.
• Stated quarterly meetings of the Perry County Emergency Preparedness network - a group of emergency preparedness, response, and recovery stakeholders from around the County .
