Designed and implemented a project from start to finish for testing Lenze drives to help the Standards and Controls group identify problems with faulty drives. Assisted on a project to eliminate harmonics in key lines where Lenze drives were being damaged.

Learned both Python and Qlik Sense programming to create and application that keeps track of all electrical components installed in the plant. Lead to $1,000,000 in cost savings of over stocked parts.

Implemented Vision Systems and helped write the standard for the implementation throughout the plant to improve overall quality of products leaving the plant.

Learned SQL database and Ignition app development to create an application that brought real time part flow visualization to team members on the assembly line. Reduced line downtime by providing accurate information on when parts needed to be delivered.
