As a current baseball player, I have learned of the sacrifices and failures necessary in order to reach success. Dedicating 14 years to this sport in both little leagues and competitive travel baseball has only driven me to realize how much hard work has done for myself as a person. Holding the position as captain, I was taught leadership and teamwork capability. I have become my own motivation, pushing myself to be the best version I can possibly be and obtained several skills throughout the years I now possess such as communication, leadership, and teamwork.
