• Provided training in the workflow software for receiving and shipping of inventory; stocked material and asset tracking.
• Worked closely with the safety manager to ensure standards of safety and quality control standards were met.
Supervised 2 techs in the daily maintenance operations. Property of 300 units.
• Scheduled daily grounds and pool maintenance, balancing pool chemicals, filter backwash, skimming and vacuuming.
• Worked closely with Property Manager on planning/scheduling standard unit turnovers and move ins and rehab/upgraded unit move ins.
• Responded to afterhours emergencies.
• Quarterly evaluation of units for establishing budgets.
• Made punch lists for newly vacated units in preparation for new move ins.
• Scheduling vendor services and ordered/replenished materials.
• Made sure work orders were completed in a correct and timely manner.
• Made sure that the maintenance team was equipped to do their jobs safely.
• Trained team members in appropriate areas.
