I focus on technology issues around campus and figuring out what the problem is. The main thing I do is check ports and determine if they are active. If the port is not hot I am responsible for fixing the issue. I also have experience in troubleshooting phones and time clocks. I work in the help desk area, I work with faculty, staff, and students when they bring in their laptops with issues.

Each morning, I was responsible for unloading trucks that ran the previous day. These trucks would contain carts of confidential paperwork that needed to be destroyed. Once the trucks were unloaded, I would then get them prepared to run the next day. After the trucks were complete, I would shred and bale the paper that was brought in.
