Andrew Decker

Responsible for running the pro shop which included providing service to paying customers, organizing inventory, and assisting the pro in his daily activities.

As a shift leader I am responsible for providing services to members and their guests that enhance their time on the golf course, such as polishing their clubs at the completion of their round. Other responsibilities include preparing golf carts daily, shut downing the facility, storing equipment and ensuring the doors are locked at the end of the night.

When working for Premier Youth I am trusted enough to work at various locations, including Ruoff Music Center, where I work as a VIP food runner, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and Lucas Oil Stadium, where I am responsible for the majority of food preparation and serving. While serving patrons it is crucial that I maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor to promote customer engagement. I am always working with my team to provide stellar service during busy periods to meet customer demands, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

During my time working at Grand Park for Bullpen Tournament I greeted guests professionally and courteously while charging them the appropriate entry fees.
