Devoted family man, servant of God, and dedicated minister, Reverend Andrew D. Singleton, Jr. has been on a spiritual journey since his salvation in 1978 at the Apostolic Church of God (ACOG) in Chicago. Guided by the late Bishop Arthur M. Brazier, he upholds a legacy of faith and service.

Englewood Community Health Organization (ECHO), a southside Chicago Mental Health facility where he worked as Chief Finance Officer 1985-1990
Community Mental Health Council, another southside Chicago mental health organization with Dr. Carl Bell as CEO, and myself as Vice President of Finance. Responsibilities included oversight of finance, Human Resources, maintenance and staff liaison to the Board of Directors 1990-1995
Westside Health Partnership, a subsidiary of Mount Siani Hospital, located on the westside of Chicago where again, I was the Chief Finance Officer 1995-2000
