• Deployed to zone and conducted Combat Patrols to Identify and eliminate threats in order to protect the local civilian population and other US soldiers.
• Maintained rifles, machine guns, mortars and hand grenades, verifying weapon locations and supporting magazine operations.
• Directed supporting gunfire to suppress enemy attacks and allow troops to maneuver within action area.

As a Lifeguard I:

• Kept watch over swimmers to respond quickly to distress situations.
• Monitored behaviors for safety violations and took steps to prevent further violations.
• Updated logs detailing weather conditions, treatments provided and incident information to keep management informed of activities.
• Conducted pool inspections and removed obstacles and debris from toys to trash impeding line of sight.
