Each day to deliver quality product to our customers. Manage day to day pack OEE, build mill and pack schedules weekly, over see finished goods cycle counts, raw materials, ingredients and Bag counts. Conduct weekly maintenance meeting to ensure equipment failure is minimized. Work with the laboratory to ensure product is in specification per our customers. Manage 2 supervisors and 21 hourly associates over 2 shifts. Responsible for Monthly mock recall drills, and department budget. Oversee daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks along with scheduling monthly mill and pack fogging.
