Running

After an unexpected personal event, I started running to clear my head. I increased my mileage of the course of two years, and in the autumn of the second year, I ran my first half marathon.

After building my confidence and strength, my mileage increased to roughly 30-40 miles per long run. I have been running long distances in the mountains ever since.
