As a Route Specialist I am responsible for making sure our customers needs and concerns are met and taken care of in a timely manner. This involves anything from delivering uniforms and towels to reviewing the invoice to confirm it is accurate. I mainly fill-in when the SSR is sick or on vacation, but sometimes I ride with SSRs to assist on their route. Relaying issues that may arise on the route to the SSR is an important part of the job. Ensuring customer satisfaction and that the job is completed at every account is the most important part of the position.
