Later transitioned into Scribe Ambassador role, which carried all previously mentioned duties along with training responsibilities. Eventually promoted into Chief Veterinary Scribe which was managerial and clinical in nature. Involved all aforementioned responsibilities along with administrative duties such as onboarding, scheduling, and managing client-side communication.

Filling orders also includes knowledge of certain safety measures, especially involving chemicals and meat. Directly loaded orders into customer cars in a timely manner and provided customer service while doing so. Also answered phones and helps to solve a myriad of customer problems.
Worked to deter shoplifting through the use of a visible presence in uniform and used customer service skills to help drive sales. Performed both physical surveillance and digital surveillance with security camera system. Also helped investigate both current and previous thefts in order to make merchandise recoveries or gather intelligence and writes appropriate reports when necessary. Patrolled entirety of store, backroom, and parking lot to ensure that the environment is safe for team members and guests. Assisted Assets Protection Team Leader in making apprehensions through camera support and physical intervention, as necessary. Handled emergency situations and acts as liaison to law enforcement.
Began as Game Master which included a variety of duties ranging from resetting escape room games, monitoring game progress using surveillance equipment, providing guests with instructions and hints, and light cleaning and maintenance. Eventually promoted to Game Lead which included all previous responsibilities with the addition of more specialization in a specific escape room for the purposes of maintenance, room improvement, and helping other members of the team to make every game as smooth and fun as possible.
