Summary

For the last 3+ years I have excelled in managing shop mechanics as well as fleet equipment. I have implemented service programs as well as labor programs to improve efficiency on a daily basis. I have built the Bogg's maintenance shop from just two employees to eight full time mechanics/service technicians. I get the most out of my employees by the way that I treat them, People skills are a dying trait in the construction industry. Lastly, I maintain all of the 500+ pieces of equipment for the entire Bogg's group, This entails communicating with each and every job addressing unique issues and needs day in and day out.


Besides my equipment background I have also been head of all purchasing for the past 3+ years. This role includes vetting each and ever acquisition to ensure it is in the companies best interest. I also implemented our in house PO system to allow us to accurately allocate costs to jobs and equipment as needed.

Accomplishments

Managing the Bogg's Group equipment does not entail just buying & maintenance, It also includes equipment sales when they reach the end of their life. In this field I have accounted for over $1,000,000 in used equipment sales in '23 alone.
