• Here at MCH, I am in charge of all SFH in Charlotte and surrounding areas. I write all turn and rehab scopes, manage all on going projects. Maintain all maintenance work orders for first 90 days of lease. Manage and maintain all down properties. Manage all turn and rehab and maintance invoices.

Burleson Construction was a family business were I worked with my uncles and grandfather from the time I could swing a hammer. Years ago the business closed but we kept the licenses active. Over the past 15 years I have built several single family spec homes from the ground up for resale. For this spec home, I would do all the framing, electrical, roofing, all the trim out and flooring. As of 6/30/24 I had just finished my last home I built from the ground up.
