As a Senior Construction Project Manager working at DISH/EchoStar, I managed and worked with the teams that identified new site candidates through skj review, Processed applications and Leasing documents to tower owners and landlords, issuing permit applications to Jurisdictions for building and electrical permits, performed site walks and coordinated walks with owners and A&E teams
Managed new construction build from start to finish, along with modification projects including Antenna swaps, Rad changes, Drop and swaps, Azimuth adjustments, Multimeter power upgrades, Fiber & Microwave deployments, Issuing of Bill of materials, Bid proposals, PO creations, QA/QC reviews of all project, Tracking of assets and working with multiple teams across departments to insure sites and project optimizations processed without issues
Review/approve of pre-CDs to Ready to Construct designs - while working with RF to outline and gather information for RFDS documents
