Over 10 years of experience in metal stamping, warehouse work, food product packaging manufacturing, with Team Lead, Supervisor experience and training experience working with newer employees and senior employees on new jobs. I have worked in press operation for six years in manual/hand transfer and progressive continuous operations. Forklift experience both stand up and sit-down lifts with weight capacities from the low 100 lbs. to 15,000 lbs. Overhead crane operation moving materials, coils and dies as well as tools up to 30,000 lbs. A Die Setter/Team Lead for four years, running set up crews to keep the plant running and each press continuously completing orders for the customers. Understanding company and customer quality goals to ensure the customer gets the product to their specifications. Being able to understand all company goals to better suit the company and help others to reach those goals. Supervisor for current company the last five years working in Food product manufacturing. Supervised and worked both Adhesive and Extrusion Lamination processes for three years.
