- Executed Raw Material Specification testing on in-house formulations and third party materials. Used material analysis techniques, commonly MFI, DSC, and PSD testing, to determine initial processing processing parameters.
- Created and Executed multiple design of experiments (DOEs) to gather and provide data in relation to Powder Flow characteristics, Mechanical Performance, and FAA Burn Properties etc.
- Operated, maintained, and improved Selective Laser Sintering Printers, Ancillary Equipment, and Processes. Familiar with the Farsoon ST252p, HT403p, HT403p Flight (Fiber Laser), and FS1001p platforms.
- Completed the Farsoon Level 2 Field Service training program that was required to self service equipment.
