  • Full operational responsibility for a 136,000 square foot cross dock facility consisting of two supervisors, 32 drivers, and 2 line-haul drivers. Tasked with overseeing the transfer of wine and alcohol from the main warehouse to the cross dock and ensuring local account delivery to the Central Florida market.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s fleet of vehicles consisting of 20 refrigerated straight trucks, 2 tractor trailers, and 2 delivery cargo vans (an estimated value of over $500,000).
  • Maintain vehicle/equipment files-repair orders, DOT, and titles.
  • Register and license all vehicles and keep inspections up to date.
  • Enter vehicle maintenance and repair work orders into database and track work order progress.
  • Monitor fuel usage and send monthly report to Regional Operations Manager.
  • Maintain CDL Driver Files / Medical Cards to ensure compliance with DOT Regulations.
  • Plan routes and schedule drivers to provide the most efficient service to customers utilizing Roadnet Routing software.
  • Oversee daily delivery returns and review any inventory losses/product shrink.
  • Monitor systems, key performance indicators (KPI), and safety to ensure accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

  • Facilitate any needed repairs and maintenance for a 136,000 foot facility.
  • Ensure coordination with maintenance providers to ensure safe and efficient MHE (Material Handling Equipment).
  • Help control the OSHA Incident Rate (PIR) and Lost Time Incident Rate (LTI) by monitoring sanitation, safe working conditions, ensuring safety policies are flowed.

  • Supervise a staff of 24 security officers and 4 supervisors. Coordinate work schedules, organize workflow, train personnel, human resources administration, and serve as office manager.
  • Investigate all criminal and civil offenses occurring on center property. Responsible for gathering witness statements, reviewing video tapes, and taking photographs. Submit written investigation to legal department or city attorney’s office for future possible actions.
  • Investigate general liability claims occurring at the center. Submit written reports to insurance provider.
  • Maintain liaison and work with local law enforcement and emergency agencies to ensure safety and security issues are identified and solutions initiated.
  • Member of the Tukwila Police Department Anti-Auto Theft Task Force. Organization created to share information and develop strategy to reduce auto theft in the local area.
  • Responsible for the placement and installation of all security door alarms, video surveillance (DVR), and scream boxes at the shopping center.
