• HR Time Clock Event Analysis: Coordinated with the HR team to create a Tableau dashboard to track time clock "events" such as early outs, late ins, etc by department, manager, and employee.
• HR Applicant Tracker: Coordinated with the HR team to create a tableau dashboard that tracked where in the hiring process prospective applicants were. ie. interviewed, hired, onboarded, etc. and to see last contact with each applicant.
• HR Total Compensation Report: Coordinated with HR team to create a report individualized to each employee to display all compensation from base salary, PTO, OT, retirement, insurance, etc.

Major Projects:

• Surgery Cost Analysis: Collaborated with the surgical leadership team to design a Tableau dashboard to analyze the costs of varying procedures among different physicians to minimize costs via potential procedural standardization
• HR Metrics Analysis: Coordinated with HR team to build an ecosystem of Tableau dashboards to monitor and track turnover, vacancy rates, and several other HR KPIs
• Physician Quality Scorecards: Created an ecosystem to monitor and email monthly physician quality scorecard PDFs to stakeholders

Major Projects:

• Surgery Metrics Analysis: Coordinated with the surgical leadership team to build a set of Tableau dashboards to track various surgical KPIs including surgical counts, OR turnaround times, surgery on-time percentages, and various other KPIs
• Health System Productivity Analysis: Developed and maintained a large ecosystem of spreadsheets, reports, and Tableau dashboards to monitor health system departmental productivity

Major Projects:

• COVID-19 Monitoring Dashboard: Developed a COVID-19 tracking Tableau dashboard to monitor testing results, patient counts, and PPE management for the health system
• This dashboard was used daily by leadership and in external reporting to the Illinois Department of Health
• Financial Metric Analysis: Collaborated with health system leadership to identify important financial KPIs and constructed a Tableau dashboard to be presented to board members
• Market Share Analysis: Created a health system service line dashboard that presented procedural counts, market share, etc by service line, physician, procedures, marketing region, payor, etc to help identify potential market opportunities

• Conducted market research and assisted in data analysis to prepare for client meetings
• Assembled market and investment reports to deliver to clients and stakeholders
