Managed large-scale projects (up to $15.5 million on the Cervantes Convention Center Expansion and Modernization), including submittals, RFIs, scheduling, cost accounting, and management of project teams (office and field staff). The project team consisted of around 30 craftsmen onsite. Built relationships with key customers. Led project pursuits nearing $15 million.
