• Answer crisis calls and calls for Columbus homeless shelters.
• Provide callers with social service resources.
• Work along side other clinicians to provide community crisis counseling/debriefing during traumatic events.

• Work with emergency room staff to care for patients and their families
• Assist in caring for patients who are in need of crisis stabilization
• Monitor pink slipped and medically held patients
• Assisted with resuscitation, CPR and emergency airway procedures
• Collected basic samples such as blood, urine and stool, labeling specimens properly and transferring to laboratory for testing
