Set up and and operated multiple style lathes and vertical milling centers.

Have experience in machining various types of alloys most common being M2, A2, 1018, 12L14, 303 stainless, 3800 brass, 4140
Daily indication and set up Experience using various lathes and mill centers.
Have experience running Fanuc oi series,and early Mitsubishi msc803 controls.
Overseen and trained new machinist on operating and running parts.
Proficient in Mastercam x5 on 2 axis lathe programming. Confident on programming most 2 axis operations with slight knowledge of 3 axis programming.
Overseen all aspects of production from material processing to Inspection of finished products
Monitored machines during operation to make adjustments when necessary and produce quality parts. Have worked with tolerances as tight as +/- .0005
Performed daily cleaning to keep machines in good working condition and prolong equipment lifespan.
