
-The Fleet Coordinator & Transport Driver is responsible for maintaining the company fleet and equipment in a manner that properly represents company standards.
-The transport of vehicles, equipment, and materials throughout the service area.
-Performing daily vehicle and asset cleaning and light maintenance, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressures, and inspections of vehicles and equipment.
-Performing and documenting post-repair inspections to ensure vehicles and assets are ready for use.
-Assist the Service Technician in maintenance and repairs.
-Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility and surrounding area.
-Assist in vehicle and asset work order preparation.
-Ensure all vehicles and assets are properly prepared for operational use.
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet organizational needs.
-Does possess Class A CDL with 4+ years of experience hauling vehicles, machinery, and materials across a wide variety of terrains in various weather conditions and geography, e.g., trucks, vans, cars, skid steers, excavators, plows, directional drills, and assorted materials.
-The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for keeping the Service Delivery Team on a challenging schedule throughout seasons while gathering information for the potential rehabilitation and/or repair of stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, proprietary underground storage units, and drainage conveyance infrastructures utilities Best Management Practices (BMP) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM).
-Leading a team of watershed management Service Technicians in maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosion.
-Managing beneficial and/or invasive vegetation utilizing landscaping equipment: all-terrain mowers, weed-eaters, chainsaws, blowers, and hand tools.
-Identifying and documenting stormwater system deficiencies.
-Operating and maintaining company vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
-Completing maintenance and inspection reports, as well as crew expenses.
-Consistently executing against company defined key performance indicators and applicable service level agreements to ensure uncompromised fulfillment of client's scope of work.
-Develop strategies the team will use to reach their goals, and delegate tasks accordingly.
-Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.
