  • Developed on-boarding processes that increased efficiency by 75% and cut on-boarding time from 4-7 weeks to less than a week. This also allowed us to increase throughput : averaging from 5 brands a month to 10 or greater.
  • Created best in class white-glove management SOPs that increased our client satisfaction and kept our retention 85% or greater year over year.
  • Developed a team of high-performers though individual coaching and deep relationships. Through my time there I was able to promote several of my direct reports to even more challenging and senior roles.
