  • Responsible for approximately 70 – 80 inbound and outbound sales calls per day
  • On these sales calls I am responsible for talking to the customer about their project and helping them decide what they need to complete their project efficiently
  • Work closely with other members of the sales team to make sure equipment is available and delivered on time for the customer to complete project
  • Go over a daily list of overdue rentals and call each customer to discuss how the equipment is working for them while upselling other items that may work well with that piece of equipment
  • One of my biggest responsibilities along with upselling is working with contractors to set up charge accounts
  • The company set a goal of five new accounts every month which I have met every single month since my start
