  • Built, managed, and executed the supply chain operational and technical roadmap in partnership with global supply chain leadership.
  • Led the implementation of the Infor Nexus supply chain management system and two subsequent rollouts in order to increase transparency, efficiency, and reliability for the growing SanMar supply chain. In the first year, SanMar issued over $1 billion in purchase orders to vendors and shipped and invoiced over $500 million of product on the Infor Nexus platform. Post-implementation, continued to serve as the Infor Nexus Product Manager responsible for building and maintaining the system roadmap, driving enhancement delivery, and managing the vendor partnership.
  • Led the implementation of SanMar's Intelligent Automation platform for email order entry, a program that saved the manual entry of over 300,000 orders in the first year.
  • Built and executed a strategic plan to solve a critical warehouse capacity shortage. Through close coordination with executive leadership and the Production Planning, Logistics, and Distribution directors, enabled SanMar to avoid reaching maximum warehouse capacity, manage a container backlog at ports of entry, and launch two new warehouses comprising 1.4 million square feet.
  • Collaborated on the redesign of the project intake, management, and reporting processes at SanMar, as well as the organizational transition to the Agile scrum project management methodology.

    expiration of the original statement of work.
