I was a harvester drive and supervisor I would drive the machine and make sure it would run smoothly and also check on the workers behind me to make sure they where doing there job at the end of the day while everyone would go home i would stay late and clean the harvester and fill it up with gasoline and make sure everything is filled up and ready to be used by tomorrow morning. I also have fast food experience, and customer service experience able to deescalated scenarios that have been escaladed over proportion. Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.
