It was my job, based off of the skills of my employees, to decide who would break and audit every press
If and when any bad parts came back from the customer, I would determine what was the cause and the right course of action moving forward to evaluate the process and make any changes needed to ensure this failure in the process is not repeated
In just four months of employment with JVIS LCC I was promoted twice and became the link between the employees and the managers.
