As a Level 1 stroke hospital, we must perform our stroke exams in an extremely timely manner to ensure the patient gets immediate treatment. Perform 3D reconstructions of arterial vessels to assist the radiologist on ruling out any possible occlusions. As a level II trauma center we get a variety of different traumas and must efficiently work with our trauma team to help stabilize and treat patients. Perform multiple Ct angiogram studies with the use of iodinated contrast agents. Ensure that every patient understands the exam to be performed and is comfortable and knows they are in good hands.
