• Oversaw the construction of all fabrication on 108 miles of 36". Assisted welder foreman in daily scheduling and planning. Supervised the construction and installation of all valve sets, camel backs and launcher/receiver sights. Led the firing line as needed. Assisted welder foreman on testing and final tie ins.

• Led the firing line on a dual lay of 16" and 20". Assisted the welder foreman on fabrication, testing and final tie ins.

• Assisted fab foreman on all fabrication and installation on 64 miles of 20". Led the firing line as needed and assisted the welder foreman with daily planning and scheduling of work to be competed.

• Cross Lease was an oil and gas service provider assisting our customers in a wide range of services from project management to lease crews. Our daily operation consisted of oil field maintenance activities including gauging wells, monitoring tank batteries and general maintenance activities. We offered and completed construction of flow lines, tank batteries, compressor hookups, testing, cleaning and commissioning of gathering systems and sales points. Along with daily operations we also assisted field superintendent with routine maintenance planning, project estimation, procurement and construction as well as any consulting needs. We also offered any and all welding needs from fab shop to well hookups.

• Palmetto Oilfield Services offered clients a wide array of services from Vac trucks to project management and consulting. We had up to 20 lease crews running at one time. And handled many projects for our main client from pipeline construction to daily maintenance needs. Helped clients develop cost tracking and control spreadsheets to ensure low cost high quality workmanship was being completed on time. We took care of scheduling crews, welders and equipment for projects and ensured work was being competed from commencement to commissioning.

• Managed construction of natural gas and crude oil pipelines, pump stations and crude terminals along with integrity work and daily maintenance tasks. Worked directly with engineering to design, procure and construct projects. Oversaw daily procurement, construction and QA/QC activities. Managed a team of inspectors from my chief down to utilities that were ensuring project QA/QC. Assisted engineering in planning and scheduling ILI runs fallowed by accessing the reports and determining order of digs. Oversee rehab activities including line segment replacement, sleeves and fiber wrap. Writing and reviewing procedures for safely working on and around in service pipeline systems in accordance with PSM. Writing and reviewing safe shutdown and startup of pipelines and associated pump stations and facilities in accordance with PSM. Writing and reviewing procedures for hot taps and line stopples. Assist engineering in writing and reviewing welding procedures and overseeing procedure and welder qualifications. Plan and schedule hot taps for sales point T/I’s. Work with land department and land owners to acquire desired ROW and above ground appurtenances. Maintain ROW’s and facilities to stay in DOT and PSM compliance. Assist engineering and operations in commissioning of pipelines and facilities.

• Operated cryogenic gas plant and pipeline systems coming into and leaving the plant. Monitor and control gas coming into plant and all sales points. Make routine rounds during shifts inside and outside of plant. Monitor temps and pressures and made changes as needed to keep plant running. Schedule routine maintenance on rotating equipment, exchangers and compressors. Oversaw contract crews preforming routine maintenance and small projects in and outside of plant. Planned and scheduled work to be done during shutdowns and executed the work to be done by directing contract crews. Wrote and reviewed operation and maintenance procedures in accordance with PSM. Assisted the plant manager in creating a useable lockout tag out procedure. Completed multiple large scale capitol projects.

• Worked for many different pipeline contractors as a welder from the back to the front!
