Summary
Though I was never on the leadership team, I was one the of the founding members of my school's Science Olympiad team, and very much took on a leadership role. What's more important is that I consistently poured my heart into making sure that our new team kept growing in an intimate way, and I had fun doing it. It was a strong team effort, but I'd like to believe that my passion for the research and building topics inspired some new and original members to not only keep the team alive, but put their best foot forward.
