Summary

Hardworking, flexible, driven to learn quickly, with extensive knowledge in chemistry and biology is seeking to launch and maintain a long-term career in the medical field. Meticulous and detail-oriented with excellent observational, organizational and communication skills.

Would welcome the opportunity to take coursework necessary to obtain transfusion requirements on my own time, if the work and subsequent report on blood completed and shared in my advanced organic chemistry lab under the education section of this resume is not sufficient.

Travel, fishing, spending time with family and friends.

After graduating, I took time off to reflect and take care of myself and my parents. I traveled to Australia to stay with friends, spent time fishing, snorkeling, and touring. It was a welcomed relief as my last year of school was very difficult for me because my older brother died unexpectedly in August and after graduating, I needed time to grieve. I learned the importance of not taking for granted the time we have with our family and friends. That year of travel was cathartic and I now feel I can give 100% to my career.  Thank you for consideration of my application.

Sincerely,

Andrew Oster
