
Approximately 15 years of management and supervisory experience in the retail, food service & leisure industry. Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand which resulted in higher sales, increased customer service, building overall sales and customer service. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, to include developing marketing strategies and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services: ability to conduct customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of business and management principles to include in strategic planning, human resources modeling, and coordination of people and resources.
