- Manage full project lifecycle of the Annual Close Process, leading strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, technical execution, and reporting for federal agency ERP closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 25+ stakeholders, handling escalations, last-minute issues, and ongoing communication with high satisfaction.
- Design and execute SQL scripts in Oracle SQL Developer for issue resolution, data validation, and system optimization.
- Generate actionable insights via SAP Business Objects and Excel, driving timely decision-making and resolving critical data anomalies.
- Lead daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews in Agile and hybrid environments using Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Directly supervise and mentor 1 junior analyst, assigning tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring quality deliverables.
- Execute large-scale production implementations across secure government systems, leveraging superuser account privileges within highly sensitive environments.
- Maintain and enhance comprehensive documentation in Confluence and SharePoint to support training, compliance, and operational continuity.
- Collaborate on proposal development, SOWs, technical quotes, and level-of-effort estimates for major client projects, including contribution to a 10-year contract acquisition.
