General Contracting: Every day brought something different. Experienced operating a wide range of heavy equipment, including skid steers, backhoes, rollers, lifts, forklifts, snorkels, and concrete trucks.

Experienced in concrete work, including laying forms and rebar, pouring roads, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and foundations. Also experienced in carpentry, flooring, trim work, cabinets, painting, and installing steel doors.

Additional experience includes demolition, building renovations, roofing, siding, fencing, and framing.

Did nothing but retro change outs

It’s not always easy working for family, but this job built the foundation of who I am today.

We specialized in turnkey log homes and worked alongside major companies such as Gastineau Log Homes, Log Homes of America, and Pioneer.

My dad is a general contractor and owns his own business. If he didn’t feel like doing something or thought it couldn’t get done, he would sub out the work. If we had time we would do every and almost all of the work.

As a result, I gained experience in every aspect of home building—from site prep and foundation work to framing, finishing, and installing appliances.

HVAC Installation: This is where I gained most of my HVAC experience. I worked for a small company with a strong reputation and was one of only two installers. We handled a wide range of government and commercial projects, including jails, police stations, fire stations, EMS stations, and MoDOT facilities.

I also worked on commercial projects for clothing stores, retail stores, restaurants, and distilleries. Experienced with retrofit installations and new construction. Often completed two installations in a single day while maintaining quality and efficiency.
