Responsible for the high-speed manufacturing of olive processing and packing for the 2nd Shift operations
supervising total employee headcount of 17 production personnel in all operations pertaining to the
labelling, packing and packaging of table olives.
• Monitored and supervised shift operations of the label line and tribe put-away
