Accomplishments

    Safety

  • Winning the NVMA safety award in 2017
  • I was the Leader of the Process Safety Team for Nevada Gold Mines. We thrived as a team and corrected a lot of safety items in the field creating a safer work environment. I am also currently on the mine safety team at Coeur Rochester.

This was a year for success. I put together a plan for our process safety team to audit and finish all safety issues that had not been attended to in previous years. In doing so the Process Manager nominated me for safety champion.
