• Utilizing statistical methods and preventive action methods to evaluate and initiate actions to identify and control sources of variation detrimental to quality, cost, and schedule targets.

• Utilizing Jira Backlog to plan and prepare the upcoming sprints based on the amount of work that was required by PO.
• Software Quality Engineering Experience in Agile Methodologies, SCRUM, and DevSecOps.

● Facilitate Sprint Planning meetings, Daily scrum, sprint review, product backlog refinement meetings and sprint retrospective meetings.

● Lead agile rhythms to include daily scrums, sprint and increment planning, retrospectives, and release planning.

● Train team members in agile processes and principles.

● Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.

● Work in a SAFe environment by participating in PI Planning and ensuring that teams collaborate with each other and plan effectively for the upcoming Program Increments.

• Facilitate the team in removing blockers/impediments during the Sprint, and during the development and QA.
