Supported the entire Sales organization from Top to bottom on all hiring needs.
• I have played an integral part in the expansion of Talkdesk's Enterprise Account Executive team. Helping almost double the number of reps on our team across the US and Canada.
• Responsible for all SDR, Sales Engineering, Value Engineering, and hiring Enterprise and Commercial Account Executives nationwide.
• Maintained updated knowledge of industry trends to make informed sourcing decisions and achieve target audience goals.
• Employed effective communication while working closely with RVP's, VP's, Directors, Managers, HR teams, and other various leaders to achieve smooth interview process (best practices) and maintain a high level of candidate experience and onboarding.
• Executed on the building out the Lehi, UT office and scaling from 30 employees to now over 100.
• Consult and partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals. Also, to develop strategies for attracting and hiring top-quality talent.
• Effectively tracking metrics to build comprehensive data to bring back to business (Days to hire, Compensation Analysis (Market), # of candidates to fill req).
• Put together salary proposals for contract negotiations.
