- I had physical training early in the morning twice a week in which I would lead some of the training sessions as the Physical Fitness Officer Assistant
- There would be 3-hour leadership laboratories on Friday mornings at 6 am in which we would participate in leadership training and be put into leadership roles on various occasions without notice
- Each week there was a flight commander assigned, during the week that I was a flight commander, I had to send out an email of the agenda each week, assign roles to everyone, delegate tasks, implement new ideas, and lead my group through the training sessions.
