Andrew Shutty

I am an organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Throughout my time working I have shown a willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. Despite a lack of formal social work experience, my experiences inside the classroom have prepared me for the field. I am knowledgeable on the theories that are the framework of social work practice, I have in-class experience doing intake and outtake with both individuals and groups and I am currently in the process of practicing those skills with families.
