Starting as an crew member working expo line at near minimum wage for that time, Quickly climbed the ladder. Reaching in-store trainer within first 3 months, that only lasted a month before I began training as shift leader in end of December. Coming back as a shift lead I quickly began steps to grow further, soon after in the range of 6 months was opening manger in charge of training a new location. Once opened I remained at this store and helped assist in some store recovery cleaning projects for around a year until I was called on to become AGM of the Springdale location. This lasted around 9 months until I came back to original location for another year or so in this role. I then served as GM for what will be at time of leaving a little over 6 months.

At Windmill Run I helped run an floating gas station and assist in repairs and manual labor. This would also extend to heavy tool use in and out of water as I installed boat lifts which is an in water instillation procedure. Helped replace damaged dock and care for guest vehicles and property.
Worked as an seasonal worker off and on helping prep for summer and winter and maintained crops. Mostly consisted of manual labor tending to blueberry crops and winterizing them or preparing them for harvest etc.
