• I have developed a PM schedule for all equipment related to maintenance for; gearbox augers, mixers, Anver lifters, water jets, CNC spindle motors, air compressors, ice machines, sand blasting machines, diaphragm pumps, and centrifugal pumps. I have also assisted with training to the operators to ensure they are familiar with equipment operation as well as safety precautions when working with them.

• Providing oversight as well as teaching maintenance technicians how to rebuild pumps, diagnose AOV issues for water loop systems, troubleshooting HVAC problems on commercial chillers and boilers. Thorough understanding of BAS on Niagara systems. Certified on Aerco boilers and I have my boiler operator certification as well. I have provided management to HVAC tradesmen, Electricians, Carpenters, Plumbers, and general technicians with daily assessments both in preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Perform all major forms of maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. I lead a crew that maintains the distillery to the highest standard. I have also taken on an additional role to help manager the restoration work on our latest project of restoring 140,000 sqft facility in the heart of Valparaiso. I am an adaptive thinker when it comes to problem solving and find quick resolution for problems that are identified. I am EPA certified and knowledgeable with troubleshooting and repairing ice machines, slushie machines, true makelines, stand up coolers and walk in freezers.

• Perform preventive maintenance on boilers, heat pumps, cooling towers, and all major components of the building. I perform inspections of roofs, bleachers, playground equipment as well as identify any major repairs that would go out to bids. I also maintain the ground, athletic fields and plow in the winter months. I also winterize all necessary irrigation and all sport complexes. I performed preventative maintenance on all plumbing and electrical. I have switched all of our lighting from fluorescent to LED to further reduce costs. I've developed all the preventive maintenance schedules for upkeep that includes state and safety inspections "CSD-1 etc".
• I also handle disposable of hazardous materials and bio waste. When it comes to technical issues, I can read schematics and blueprints.

• Development of training for the foreign Material Execution program. Provided benchmark evaluation to ensure standards and procedures were industry leading. Provided oversight of craft to ensure compliance of standards were met. Provided key roles for containment close out during outages.

• Any major construction on parking ramps, school buildings, casinos, hospitals and many other building. Concrete pouring and finishing, brick laying, and assisting all other trades in various realms.
