Verified proper qualifications of aircrew and authorizations for all missions flown in accordance with Air Force Instructions.
- As Weapons and Tactics Flight Commander, taught squadron aircrew to translate all applicable flight skills to the tactical environment, including formation flying, air refueling, electronic warfare considerations, data link, and adherence to special instructions, ensuring survival of aircraft, crew and mission completion regardless of enemy actions.
- As an Instructor Pilot, ensured squadron aircrew were experts in IFR and VFR flight, emergency procedures, Air Force regulations, and combat mission skillsets.
