- Company Overview: Missile Baits is a Fishing company out of Salem Virginia.
- My work duties included making baits, packing orders and shipping orders. As well as driving company vehicles all over the country for trade shows etc.
- Also transporting other anglers boats trailers and trucks to other parts of the country for different tournaments and shows.
- Customer Service was always priority number one I was mainly in charge of tending to any customer with questions about our products.
- We also did a lot of trade shows around the country which would involve talking to consumers and selling our products to new consumers.
- Implemented Marketing strategies and successfully signed over 10 vendors to start selling our products.
- I also was invited while working here to do a show on the Outdoor Channel called Fishing University. The highlight of that was talking in front of a of a High School giving our knowledge on the outdoor community and taking the right path through life.

- At Black Dog Salvage we were tasked with building custom high end furniture from salvaged or re claimed wood and metal.
- A lot of our work involved taking old barn wood and turning it into a one of a kind piece of furniture.
- We also did a lot of custom welding and fabrication.
- Ensured that all safety and code regulations were followed to protect crew members, clients, and structures.
