Supervise the Special Investigations Division, tasked with locating and arresting subjects wanted for major offenses related to violent crime in the City of Milwaukee and conducting investigations related to drug trafficking and illegal firearms possession.

Oversee the MPD personnel assigned to HIDTA who collaborate with several federal and local agencies to disrupt organized crime and the illegal drug trade locally, nationally, and internationally.

Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies, community organizations, and public and private entities in intitiatives such as VR-PHAST and Operation Summer Guardian to address violent crime and lay the groundwork for safe and sustainable neighborhoods.

Commander of District Four, managed three shifts of supervisors, police officers and civilian support staff in the largest district by area in the City of Milwaukee.

Collaborated with local residents, community and faith based groups, and other government agencies to proactively address crime and quality of life issues and react to emerging crime trends.

Led a domestic violence pilot program initiative at the district level with the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office, Sojourner Family Peace Center, and Froedtert Hospital. Developed a city wide patrol mission that successfully addressed a rising trend of carjackings.

Shift commander in charge of district patrol operations and the Violent Crime Reduction Teams. Developed patrol missions to combat reckless driving and gun violence within district boundaries. Drafted and oversaw successful special deployments (i.e. New Year's Eve and Puerto Rican Day Festival).

Conducted audits and reviews of field interviews and contact summaries to ensure Collins Agreement Compliance. Initiated and reviewed internal investigations for members under my command. Reviewed use of force, vehicle pursuit, and squad accident reports for adherence to SOPs and Code of Conduct.

Front line patrol supervisor. Supervised proactive units at the district level, using data and crime mapping to effectively deploy them within the district to address quality of life issues and crime trends.

Responded as incident commander to numerous Officer Involved incidents, Homicides, Non Fatal Shootings, Civil Disturbances, and other major crime scenes.

Supervised the Fugitive Apprehension Unit and oversaw their transition from the Patrol Bureau back to the Criminal Investigation Bureau. Developed the unit's application and selection process resulting in a diverse pool of candidates.

Worked closely with Federal, In State, and Out of State agencies to apprehend wanted subjects from their respective jurisdictions.

Assigned to the Anti-Gang unit tasked with addressing gang activity and violent crime within the district. Numerous arrests and successful prosecutions for firearms and narcotics offenses.

One of the first officers assigned to the Community Prosecution Unit pairing officers with a Milwaukee County District Attorney. Attended community meetings weekly to identify and address specific concerns within focused neighborhoods.

Selected for assignment to the Fugitive Apprehension Unit. Worked independently with minimal supervision to locate and arrest subjects wanted for violent criminal offenses. Assisted the Criminal Investigation Bureau with complex felony investigations.
