My belief in the power of food comes from overcoming numerous health issues, pancreatitis, heart attack and 50 stitches in my face at 1 point. former competitive natural body builder. also have 28 seasons of coaching high school wrestling under my belt. im an avid gardener whom has his own chickens to reap the rewards from. and during my time of owning totaro's restaurant i have amassed multiple awards to my restaurant and also to the multiple chefs that served under me. all of my employees from the bar turned restaurant + bar were personally trained by me and during my time as the owner and manager i myself did walk throughs to make sure everything was running smoothly as i always did. im overly looking forward towards retiring.
